The Pensions Officer (Projects), will play an important role in helping the University of York Pension Fund prepare for and deliver a number of critical projects. These include preparing for implementation of a new pensions system, enabling the Fund to comply with the requirements of the Pension Dashboard as well as GMP Equalisation and the launch of an enhanced offering supporting members, including an online Member Portal and enhanced programme of member-focussed communications.

You will be focused on a programme of pensions data review and improvement that will enable progress with the overarching projects to be monitored and appropriate reassurance provided for University management and the Trustee Board. This role will suit an individual who really enjoys the satisfaction of resolving data issues, thrives on attention to detail and seeing tangible results.

You will be part of our small, friendly in-house Pensions Team and will work directly with the Pensions Manager in support of these key projects.
