**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join local office in Bangor, North Wales
This is a permanent, part-time role offering flexibility with hours, which would be an ideal fit for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator looking for a better work life balance
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly with a professional attitude
- Complete general office administration tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle queries from clients and employees with efficiency
- Schedule appointments and assist with diary management
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or office-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Competency in data entry tasks and using computer systems
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
