**Salary: up to £40,000 (pro rata)**

**Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days a week)**

**Contract: Permenant, Part-Time**

**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Psychotherapist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team based at The Grange Therapeutic School in Knossington. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as they expand their clinical provision, making a real difference and implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach. This post covers maternity leave. However, due to the growing needs of our service, there may be opportunities for a permanent position at the end of the fixed term.

The successful applicant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and will be required to deliver one-to-one and group sessions, as well as facilitating reflective practice groups and consultation to staff teams. They will be a key contributor to the bespoke assessment and intervention plans designed for our children and young people, providing advice, information and training to other members of staff in the clinical/wellbeing team, multi-professional teams, commissioners, and other agencies.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Relevant qualification in Psychotherapy or Psychology
- Registered with BACP, HCPC or equivalent
- Previous experience of paid or voluntary work within a trauma or complex needs setting
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Hold a full UK driving licence, with access to a car. (Desirable)
- Ability to work independently as agreed under supervision
- Experience of multi-professional work teams or services within designated speciality
