Clinical Lead Opportunity for Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced psychotherapist to lead our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs, working collaboratively with the school's senior leadership team and regional clinical lead.
The role will involve clinically leading the team, holding a therapy caseload, and coordinating line management of the onsite clinical team. Additionally, the postholder will be responsible for service development of the clinical school-based service.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical services to students with complex needs
- Collaborate with senior leadership team and regional clinical lead to develop and implement effective clinical strategies
- Hold a therapy caseload and provide supervision to team members
- Co-coordinate line management of the onsite clinical team
- Develop and implement service development plans for the clinical school-based service
- Degree qualification in specific discipline
- Leadership and management experience essential
- At least 5 years' experience in clinical discipline
- Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of professional body
- Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing and developing clinical service
