- **Customer Service**: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that the bar is well stocked with beverages and other necessary items.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local alcohol laws and health regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor cash flow, manage daily sales reports.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, particularly in bar or restaurant settings.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Work Environment**
