**Role Summary**:
You will be working with the operation team to ensure that all operations activities are performed to the highest standard and delivered on time. This will involve completing production administrative tasks, general housekeeping activities and working in accordance with production quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulation, manufacturing and production of all product lines to optimize output, eliminate waste and re-work, and minimize costs.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Ensure your manager is aware of any arising problem before they become critical to the job.
- Following operational procedures complete all work and records as detailed in daily Production schedules to target timescales.
- Complete Administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain high levels of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) throughout the range of company products.
- Maintain operations records and documentation.
- Ensure all operational equipment is properly maintained and kept in good working order.
- Assure compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures and instructions.
- Ensure all operation output is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

Knowledge/Experience required:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and written and verbal communication proficiency.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to detail and strong quality focus.
- Team player and trustworthy.
- Ability to be flexible surrounding deadlines
- An understanding of the CBD or food industry would be beneficial
- Willing to learn and develop yourself within the operations team.

- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as appropriate since all staff are expected to work flexibly within their skill level to respond to changing priorities and ensure that customer needs and business objectives are met.

**What’s on offer**:

- £20,500 - £22,000 per annum basic salary depending on experience.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
