**Referral Clinician - Internal Medicine**
This role will encourage your development into any specific area of medicine you hold interest in. With our OOH service we see a high number of acute medical cases that could be internally transferred for longer term management if acute medicine were an area of interest. Alternatively, our ECC team will happily continue management of these cases, leaving internal medicine available to work with more chronic conditions.
**Be part of an exceptional team**
You would be supported by specialists in Emergency and Critical Care and surgery, as well as several advanced practice certificate holders in ECC, surgery, internal medicine, imaging and cardiology. We also have rotating and discipline specific interns. The hospital is fully equipped with an ICU, separate canine, feline and isolation wards, a CT scanner, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, mechanical ventilation and (coming soon) a cell salvage device.
Vets Now has a strong clinical culture and a focus on the delivery of the highest clinical and professional standards to our patients, clients and professional colleagues. We have 58 emergency clinics and three 24/7 hospitals in the UK. As well as providing outstanding clinical care, our specialists are involved with our evidence-based research group and have the opportunity to make a difference within the wider business and the profession.
