We are looking for an experienced Yardi support analyst to suggest, implement and drive efficiencies with our Yardi implementation. Yardi Voyager experience is essential, and knowledge of any of the following modules such as Yardi Workflow, Commercials, Residential, Fixed Assets, Yardi IM (Investment Management) or Yardi ABF (advanced budgeting & forecasting), would be brilliant too.

You will be reporting to the CTO and be an integral part of the technical team driving change.

**The Role**:

- Minimum of 2 years of supporting Yardi Voyager property management software
- Analytical thinker
- Energetic, positive, personable, well presented and professional
- Able to fully document Yardi support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Able to assess and resolve Yardi Voyager related issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience in SQL, Yardi reporting (via SSRS, YSR), and Yardi Voyager schema is helpful but not essential.
- Strong documentation and communication skills are essential along with the ability to work with non-IT stakeholders
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated individual, able to work on own initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year
