*Hours are flexible, between 20-40 hrs per week, willing to work weekends and evenings.

We offer a staff discount scheme and also an equal share of all tips and service charge.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Greeting customers in a polite and friendly manor
- Taking orders accurately and processing on the POS system
- Making customers hot and cold drinks orders including using the coffee machine
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the customers and clearing tables
- Bar duties including cask, draught wine and spirits serving
- Taking payments from the customer
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and care is provided
- Responding to any customer complaints professionally and politely
- Ensuring high levels of cleanliness at all times

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
