Method Resourcing have partnered with one of the best law firms in Europe and are part of the Magic Circle, in search of a Release Lead to support on a 12 month contract.

**The Contract**:
**Role**: Release Lead
**Rate**: £500-£650pd
**Start Date**: Immediately
**IR35**: Inside
**Contract**: 12 months initially
**Working**: Predominantly remote with the aim of 2 days per week working in the central London office
**The Role:
*This role specifically requires recent experience as a Release Manager**
- Design release processes from build, through test and defect fixing.
- Co-ordinate release and environment governance meetings.
- Agreeing contents of a release and the plan to implement/rollback using the release management strategy.
- Continually working towards making improvements in the release process.
- Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks.
- Planning and overseeing successful implementation of software.
- Co-ordinate with QA and Workstream Leads regarding build and testing process of releases.
- Coordinate the scheduling, implementation and roll out of releases.
- Manage the version of software in nonproduction environments using our environment tracker.
- Ensure appropriate checkpoints are met and co-ordinate release sign-off.
