Our global client based in Maidenhead is seeking an Administrator to start ASAP on a temp to perm basis. This is an office-based role supporting the UK sales team and office manager. This role is key to creating good working customer relations and buildinga level of trust where we can support and provide an excellent level of service. You will also work and support the marketing activities within the business to help drive sales.

This position is a temporary to permanent role. Paying £23,000

**DUTIES**:

- Monitor and report on customer activity
- Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Support the commercial team by creating quotes and responding to various requests
- Demonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance to internal policies and quality procedures
- Attend daily meetings with the rest of the team with a continuous improvement attitude to drive process improvements, efficiencies and drive customer satisfaction
- Managing office stationary, ensuring ease of use and stocked appropriately
- Provide marketing support to both Direct and Indirect Sales teams along with organisation of business events and trips
- Create and maintain the yearly events planner

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE**:

- Salesforce and Oracle systems knowledge preferred but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to think strategically
- Drive and self-motivation
- A creative and flexible approach to your work
- A good team player with the ability to foster good relationships
- An eye for detail
