HR Advisor - Camberley - up to £45k DOE
A HR Advisor is required for our client, a globally operating technology company, to join the HR division. You will be responsible for all HR matters ranging from the recruitment process through to learning & development initiatives.
The salary for this role is £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. The role will be offered on hybrid based working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:

- To support the HR division for all UK employees in all aspects of HR.
- Reporting to the HR Business manager and liaise with the Managing Director.
- Ensure the smooth running of all internal recruitment and oversee all recruitment processes from start to finish including_, _but not limited to, sourcing advertising costs from agencies, providing guidance at interviews and have control over compliance requirements
- Implement the learning and developing initiatives and provide support to all managers with appraisals and target setting
- Report and collect internal data relating to staff sickness, HR statistics and quarterly objectives
- Gather information relating to KPI's and provide monthly reports
- Offer advice on pay and other remuneration issues
- Coordinate with the HR Business partner to implement a corporate strategy
- Ensure all HR polices are updated in line with employment law and the companies' guidelines
- General HR duties which include but are not limited to; maintenance of personnel files, the companies training portal and employee benefit scheme

Key skills:

- Experience within HR is essential with good working knowledge relating to the HR processes and procedures
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Able to work to and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated
- German speaking would be an advantage but not essential
