JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
The thriving and expanding team of this leading practice has identified the need for an additional Solicitor or Legal Executive to undertake a wide range of real estate matters. Working in a team, you will be building upon your experience across all types ofagriculture work including agricultural and business tenancies, farming partnerships, acquisition and disposal of agricultural land, farms and estates and also promotion, option and development agreements for landowners. The client base will be varied, andthe position offers plenty of direct client contact and the chance to build up long lasting relationships with clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has a genuine desire to build a successful career within agriculture work. This opportunity requires Solicitors or Legal Executive who have proven experience in dealing with unregistered titleand exposure to agricultural work. Agricultural experience is ideally required for this role, individuals who have experience within commercial property law gained during their training contract would also be of interest. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors,Legal Executives, Associates, Senior Associates and Principal Associates who have a proven track record of dealing with a diverse caseload of agricultural matters.
