The role The firm is seeking to hire an Insolvency Partner to join their office in the heart of the West End of London. The firm currently has a successful real estate practice which is a core practice area for the firm. Agriculture work is currently handled by the wider real estate team, however, the firm is currently receiving an influx of agriculture work, as such they are looking to form a new department, headed up by this hire. You will work with the Real Estate partners to drive the department forwards. You will have lots of support, but also the autonomy to shape the direction of the department. You will deal with high-value and complex matters for an International and affluent client base. The work will include general high-value agriculture matters dealing with unregistered land transactions. This role comes with good prospects and career development. Requirements You will be an Agriculture Solicitor with at least seven years PQE + (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience) You will be able to work without supervision You should have had some good business development experience Salary is competitive and dependent on your background, you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package
