What you will be doing: In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a well-respected knowledgeable IT solution delivery team. The role as an Application Technical Specialist is to implement new and innovative software & functions to support a fast growing bank in the UK. This role will work with the Development team and therefore you will focus on implementing new features of products and streamlining processes and procedures Your responsibilities will include - Application SME, gaining in-depth knowledge of product tools and features for tools in areas such as Business Process Innovation and Intelligent Automation. - Application software installation and upgrade coordination. - Coordinate Change Requests (CRs) and Project deliverables are expected to be delivered in agreed timelines.- Problem Management: Support L2/L3 support teams with major live issues - Triage and problem coordination.
