**Summary**:
- To assist the CO CSU and Adjt (HQ DITG) to process disciplinary and administrative issues promptly by providing efficient administrative and liaison support.
- This position is advertised at 26 hours per week.
- The position will require working on Friday mornings however the remainder of the hrs can be discussed.**Job description**:
- The Staff Support Assistant is responsible for:
- a. The production and distribution of Chicksands & DITG Weekly Routine Orders.
- b. Overseeing the Hand Over/Take Over of the Duty Orderly Officer and Duty Field Officer in the absence of Adjt HQ DITG and the Supt Clk.- d. Arrange arrival/departure/MS interviews for staff within the CO CSU area.
- e. Preparation for the G1SI annual inspection of administrative records and discipline records.
- f. Administering the receipt and issue of medals/awards and liaising with the RSM for presentation arrangements.
- g. Run and record SSA management check reports as required by the RAWO.
- h. Maintain currency of documents within the Standing Orders library.
- i. Maintain currency of Repeat Orders.
- j. Manage the Mandated training record for CSU personnel.**Responsibilities**:
- Complete Staff Support Training at DCLPA Worthy Down
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including word-processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
