We are looking for an energetic and motivated **Retail Senior Hostr** to help lead our dynamic retail team.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Retail Senior Host**, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across our retail outlets. You will lead a team of passionate Retail Hosts, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is ready to take on a leadership position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure the smooth operation of retail outlets, including product merchandising, stock control, and daily sales reporting.
- Support the Retail Manager in driving sales performance and meeting revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with staff training and development, ensuring team members are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.
- Monitor product displays and ensure that all stores are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cash handling procedures.
- Help coordinate stock replenishments, promotions, and seasonal events.

Qualifications & Experience:
**About You**:

- Previous experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to problem-solve effectively.

Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £11.00/Hr.GBP £11.95/Hr.
