We are currently recruiting SEA LIFE Hosts to join us at the UK's number one theme park, Alton Towers Resort About The Role As a SEA LIFE Host, you'll be a key part of our interactive underwater adventure at Sharkbait Reef. You'll engage with our visitors, sharing your enthusiasm for the ocean's mysteries and ensuring that every guest leaves with a deeper appreciation of marine life. You’ll guide guests through exciting exhibits, answer their questions, and help create an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Interaction: Provide warm, engaging, and informative customer service to all guests, answering questions and enhancing their SEA LIFE experience. Education & Inspiration: Lead talks, presentations, and feeding demonstrations, sparking curiosity and wonder in visitors of all ages. Safety & Care: Ensure the safety and well-being of both our guests and our aquatic creatures, maintaining a clean and secure environment at all times. Collaboration: Work alongside an energetic and passionate team to create a fun and educational atmosphere. Qualifications & Experience What We're Looking For Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, while also having the confidence to work independently. Great Communicator: Excellent communication skills to connect with both guests and fellow team members, making learning fun and engaging. Passion for Aquatic Life: A love for marine creatures and a keen interest in their habitats and conservation. Public Speaking Skills: Confident in presenting to groups of all sizes, with a natural ability to engage and inspire. Desired Qualities Some basic knowledge of marine life, or a keen interest in learning more. Enthusiastic about sharing your love for the ocean and its inhabitants. A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
