We are now hiring and looking for the right person to join us at Service Graphics, the UK’s largest integrated print and design company as a Customer Service Representative (Apprentice).
- About the role _

We aim to give our customers a great experience every time they contact us, so we need someone who is a great communicator and enjoys resolving enquiries.

We continue to prioritise customer satisfaction and help our teams to develop the knowledge and skills to give great service. Delivering the right solutions is our priority - the key is to make our customers feel valued and to show that we have their best interests at the heart of everything that we do.
- What skills you’ll need: _

You’ll be talking to our customers every day, so will need to be clear, confident, polite, and resilient when it comes to dealing with any difficult queries.

Paying attention to detail, organisational skills and accurately following guidelines are vital requirements for this position.

Basic computer skills are important too, and we’ll help you learn the rest.

Most important for us is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers and can focus.

We have times when it can get busy, so it’s important that applicants are willing to learn, happy to adapt to change and are able to switch between tasks if required.

In return for your commitment and willingness to learn, as a Customer Service Representative (Apprentice), you will get:
**Salary**: £20500 per year.

Holidays start at 22 days plus bank holidays increasing by 1 day each year up to 25 days plus bank holidays.
