**Weekly Hours**: 37.5 per week

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all sales activities within the dealership, particularly those related to finance and insurance, comply with FCA regulations. This includes overseeing the sales process, managing staff, and ensuring proper documentation and customer communication regarding financial products like car loans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for individual team members and monitor performance against targets.
- Coach and train sales staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and develop action plans.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Ensuring all vehicles Pre-Sales check are completed.
- Stay up to date with warranty companies, insurance and relevant regulations from Finance Brokers, Lenders, FCA rules, trading standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Ensuring all post-sales complaints are dealt in a timely manner and meets the customer expectations.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring new sales representatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **10 years** of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office suite, data analysis tools, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits**:
