Our Dagenham - Voltaic site are now recruiting for a Stock Allocator on a full time, permanent basis.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000 per annum

Shift: 4 on 4 off days, 06.00-18.00 (Flexability required at times)

**Job Description**:
Purpose of a** Stock Allocator**:Monitoring all Stock movements within the warehouse. Setting up and running orders in line with the shift plan and to meet scheduled dispatch times. Working closely with the warehouse FLM's to effectively manage resource and ensure that the flow of work is continuous to maximise efficiency.

**Key Duties of a Stock Allocator**:

- Maintain good communication with your FLM / Shift Manager. Confident to escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Pre-allocate loads (full and unit picks)
- Input pre-advises for customer inbounds
- Ensure advanced pick position is maintained in line with shift plan.
- Run orders in line with instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
- Movement of staff across work areas to maintain correct flow of activities.
- Selecting Loading / Un-loading Bay based on current operational requirements.
- Updating the Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to maintain an accurate representation of activities taking place on site.
- Carryout stock shortage investigations on picks.
- Monitor replenishments
- Compile and send reports as required.
- Control equipment allocation within area RDT/MHE Registers
- To assist and support the warehouse operatives when required.
- To monitor and update shift plans in order to deliver regular progress updates.
- Undertake system housekeeping relevant to role

- Great organizational skills in order to work in a pressurized and busy environment to meet deadlines.
- Confident and effective communication
- Ability to work on your own initiative and willingness to resolve issues in line with company procedures.
