We’re now recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join us at Clarendon House in Kingson to ensure the smooth running of our reception and meeting rooms. In this role, you’ll be first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and supporting with their needs.

This role also supports our Facilities team with general administration.

**Key Tasks**
- The smooth operation of our reception area and meeting rooms - booking meeting rooms and conferences, supporting in-house events, providing refreshments etc
- Meet & greet visitors - allocate visitor passes, book taxis, allocate car park spaces
- Produce and manage employees Access Passes
- Monitor and order stationery, office consumables and refreshments
- Support the Facilities manager with fire evacuations, first aid equipment audits, record maintenance requests & cleaning issues and access to keys/access codes
- Prepare incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage the Facilities Team inbox, files and folders
- Support the facilities team and wider business with the purchase order process, expense claims, travel requests and general administration

**To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a Reception or Front of House role
- Strong administration skills and experience - ideally in facilities administration, but this is not essential.
- GSCE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English at grade C /4 or above.
- Knowledge of office 365, especially Microsoft Word & Excel
- A calm and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with a flexible approach when required.
- Able to build rapport quickly and develop great relationships through great communication skills
- Reliable
- Able to work accurately in a systematic, methodical and orderly way.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
