This role sits within the Finance & Accounting teamwhere we support the daily operational Cash Management, Cash Receipting and Collections teams in delivering core services to our clients, in accordance with contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.

The main responsibility of the Customer Service Team Member involves the evening and early hour processing of key tasks that enable the successful day to day running of the 9am - 5pm Order to Cash Operational teams.

**This role will be working evenings (20:00-03:00)**. However, we offer a flexible approach to working, with this role being fully remote. Monthly requirements to attend the Leeds office.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Early morning extraction of our client’s bank statements and the upload of this data into our Finance system (Oracle).
- Receipt and allocation of daily credit card income.
- Responding to debtor or Client queries that are received within both the Collections and Cash Receipting Teams generic mailboxes within KPI timeframes.
- Upload of daily collections data into Oracle via a data loader or API.
- Upload of GP Pension Payments into Oracle via an API.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Must be computer literate
- Good communicator who is able to articulate clearly and effectively and is focused on delivering a high standard of customer service to both colleagues and Clients
- Keen eye for detail as the role requires a high level of accuracy and ability to adhere to procedures and demonstrate a 'right first time’ demeanor
- You need to be customer focused and a great teammate who uses their initiative and advances issues affecting service delivery in a timely manner
- Experience of working in a Finance based environment

**It would be great if you had**:

- Knowledge of the NHS
- Experience in the use of Oracle
