**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Talent Recruitment Specialist based in Aberdeen.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for executing a broad range of Talent Recruitment operational activities and processes in University and graduate recruitment, such as: Full end to end recruitment cycle, following enterprise standards and processes, reporting metrics, interview scheduling, verbal offer acceptance processing, document uploading, etc.
Setting up university campus events, from branding to attending career fairs both in person and virtually, as well as running assessment days.
Contributes to projects as a team member. Work goals typically takes up to 6 months to complete with each hiring cycle.
Focus on Intern hiring in the region and extending support to other regions where needed with university hiring.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college coupled with some experience in recruitment.
Experience in graduate/intern hiring, university recruitment, volume recruitment and running assessment centres.
Experience with workday & CRM tools would preferable.
