As a Supply Chain Analyst role within Next Furniture Manufacturing (NFM), you will play a crucial role liaising between the planning and operational team by providing key business support in relation to both stocked and non-stocked items to the sofa manufacturingoperation.
Working as part of a small purchasing team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining key supply data within the system including minimum order quantities (MOQ's), lead times and minimum/maximum stockholdings.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and forecasting key consumable demands vs stock positions to identify any potential issues and complete the ordering process including raising purchase orders, expediting orders and enteringgoods receipts.
You will coordinate between Operational Managers and suppliers to manage the delivery booking systems and challenge lead times where necessary.

**Essential Skills**
You must be an excellent communicator, as you will be working with people at all levels across the business. Educated to a minimum of A-level (or equivalent) in Maths and English, you should possess excellent level of computer literacy in MS Office packages,notably Excel and Word.
