Solace London are seeking a part-time Ecommerce Returns Coordinator to work within their East London office. The person will be responsible for the receipt, quality control and restocking of the ecommerce returns. The role offers flexibility in the hours worked, but totalling 3 days a week equivalent and a chance for growth into a broader ecommerce role over time.

**Ecommerce Returns Coordinator Duties**:

- Take receipt of returned goods from the Solace London fulfilment centre and move the boxes from the ground floor to our first floor studio. Although the boxes are not particularly heavy they do require carrying up a flight of stairs.
- Perform a quality control check on all returned items and determine whether they are suitable for immediate restocking or whether remedial work is required before doing so.
- Ensure that any dry cleaning required is undertaken.
- Be responsible for the restocking of the items, ensuring labelling and packaging is correct and to the required Solace London standard.

- Enthusiastic and committed worker with good time keeping.
- Good attention to detail and strong presentational skills.
- Strong team player, with the ability to take the initiative.
- Capable of owning projects and tasks from concept to completion.
- Strong communicator, able to convey information in an accurate and precise manner.
