**Duration:3-**6 months

Experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk sought for a public sector organisation based in Cambridge for a temporary assignment to assist the organisation through an extremely busy period.

**The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring timely and accurate production of internal and sundry debtor invoices and their supporting data
- Communicating with other department to facilitate accurate production of invoices and credit notes
- Carrying out credit control functions
- Monitoring and resolving any queries and investigate overpayments
- Monitoring and providing suggestions for improving efficiency within the Accounts Receivable team
- Experience of working in the public sector
- Experience of Oracle ISFE
- Experience of using excel spreadsheets to an advanced level
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working within an Accounts Receivable setting
- General knowledge of finance coding structures

The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should also be a good team player, be able to communicate well and have the ability to work under pressure.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk role will be a temporary contract for 3 months minimum.
