Exmoor Ward now have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Healthcare Assistant to join us.

Exmoor Ward is a 26 bedded unit that is highly unique in that is provides two services. It sits under the Surgical Directorate and accepts patients who are not in the immediate post-operative phase of their pathway. Simultaneously, we provide a 'Medically fit for discharge' service to medical patients who have been identified as medically fit and who may require some additional support at home but no longer require the care of the acute medical wards.

We are fortunate to have a skilled team who have a range of skills. They have been able to blend these together to create an environment and a service that delivers a safe service to patients.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has excellent communication skills, high standards and a passion for high quality patient care. Additionally, if you are someone who wishes to experience both surgical and medical care then this may be the opportunity for you.
