**Industrial Relations HRBP EMEA**

**_ Position Purpose_**

Industrial Relations
- Achieve Industrial Relations queries by partnering with partners to provide professional, timely and accurate advice, resolution or representation
- Build partnerships with the Local/Regional Business, Site & HRBP Agile Squad Members to develop short
- and long-term view, support planning of industrial relations roadmap and problem-solving approaches with partners representing employee's interests
- Collate and analyse insights from employee populations affiliated to employee representative committees across their remit that may lead to proactive inputs to people programs or policy that may accomplish positive outcomes
- Be a member of their regional Industrial Relations community of Practice
- Contribute with their specific country insights to Global HRBP Agile projects (e.g., Organisational Design)
- Collaborate with Employee Relations team where ER matters may have an IR component or consultation/notification/partnership requirements
- Lead or be part of the collective agreement negotiations team with strategy set in partnership with the respective HR Site Lead

Human Resources Business Partnering
- As an HRBP for the provided Squad, build relationships with business leaders (GLG-3) for their respective customer group (Manufacturing, Operations, EF, Commercial, R&D)within their geographical region (AMER, APAC, EMEA) that help the creation of an HR Operational Plan that outlines the main priorities to focus to achieve results whilst aligning with CSL's One HR goals
- As a senior member of the Squad, the position holder will bring forward people solutions, and achieve the day-to-day management people programs that guide outcomes and contribute an employee experience
- Be a true partner for the business by advising managers and team members on people and organization related matters
- Help shape us and culture of their respective client group for future growth (organizational changes, leadership and people development) and work with the Leadership Team to accelerate performance and build future leaders

**Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

Industrial Relations
- Be the Subject Matter Expert in Industrial Relations for the HRBP Agile Team for the country/group of countries assigned within the region ensuring the latest thinking and insights are shared within the HRBP Agile EMEA team
- Increase the delivery of how services/projects for Industrial Relations are provided within their scope of responsibility and determining how the expertise will be delivered (e.g., dashboards, plans, ER/IR metrics) to ensure consistency and agreement within their region. Monitor customer satisfaction upon interaction incorporating lessons learned from process in a continuous improvement cycle
- Recognise the needs/interests of the your team in the projects/work allocated within their competency and create solutions to address those challenges with efficiency and consistency
- Allow feedback loops to work towards and develop their personal and professional potential within the area of expertise.
- Lead the delivery of the Industrial Relations Operational Plan for their respective country/countries and its delivery

Human Resources Business Partnering
- Influence and build relationships with people managers to strengthen HR's position as a trusted advisor to the business on core topics such as: Talent & Development, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Organisational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
- Advise employees and managers on regards to total rewards matters on an ad hoc basis
- Create an engaging work environment, guide the talent and development efforts within your client group
- Provide employees and managers with coaching for development and insights towards development action of talent pipeline
- Deliver people processes and initiatives for a designated client group, including the delivery of annual core HR process and KPI's e.g., performance management reviews, annual compensation/talent reviews
- Develop and implement new concepts to solve challenges and uses data analytics to share insights

**_ Position Qualifications & Experience Requirements_**

Education
- BA/BS degree in Business, Coaching, Psychology, or Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience
- Certification in their field of Industrial Relations
- IT skills: MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT.
- Language: English business proficiency (writing, speaking). Additional language from the relevant region an advantage.
- Versed in Agile organisation/ways of working

Experience
- 7+ years of combined HR experience (HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, COE, Employee Relations or combined) preferably within a fast pa
