As a BIM consultant, your mission is to work closely with clients, offering a consultative sales approach throughout the design, construction, and operations & management phases. You will be responsible for maximizing product/company penetration, achieving revenue/profitability targets, and driving growth in the UK market. Additionally, you will streamline information processes throughout a building's life cycle, including system introductions, method development, and educating clients on new-generation approaches to optimize building information usage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop client relationships and implement strategies for client retention
- Devise creative strategies to enter new markets
- Plan, forecast, budget, and provide comprehensive monthly reports to senior management - Secure sales and expand client relationships in the BIM, BLM, and digital building technology market

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
