We are supporting a boutique multidisciplinary construction consultancy delivering complex projects across data centres, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments. Their digital engineering and BIM capability is central to coordinating, designing, and delivering technically demanding schemes in the UK and internationally. They are now seeking a BIM Technician to join their digital team and support MEP-focused projects in high-technology and data centre sectors. The Role As a BIM Technician, you’ll produce and coordinate BIM models, support MEP design teams, and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards. Working closely with BIM leads and engineers, you’ll deliver accurate, coordinated models and digital outputs for complex projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and update BIM models (primarily MEP) using Revit and point cloud data Assist with model federation, coordination, and clash review using Navisworks Produce drawings, schedules, and digital outputs in line with ISO 19650/BIM Level 2 Work within CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto, Aconex, Procore) Support senior BIM staff on digital processes, COBie/IFC outputs, and model quality About You Experience as a BIM Technician or Coordinator in consultancy projects Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and familiarity with Navisworks and Recap Pro Understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Level 2, IFC, and COBie Experience in data centres, industrial, or high-technology projects desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams What’s on Offer Salary: £40,000–£50,000 Hands-on involvement in complex data centre and mission-critical projects Opportunity to progress to Senior BIM Technician or BIM Coordinator Collaborative boutique consultancy environment with exposure to advanced MEP and high-technology projects Apply Now For more information please contact Hugo Oliver / or email Disclaimer: Carriera Limited values diversity and promotes equality and no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate against any protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
