**The role**

We are seeking a Procurement & Commercial Lead to drive change initiatives ensuring alignment with the project portfolio. Your main focus will be on supporting the Programmes & Change team to implement the Group Operating Model & Efficiency Review. You'll enhance the adoption and use of AI, fostering continuous improvement both internally and for customer experience. Work across value streams in collaboration with Heads Of and Product Owners. You will be responsible for stakeholder relationship management, project delivery, change management, governance, critical enablement, performance, development, and continuous improvement.

**You will**
- Identify opportunities to deliver excellence through customer understanding and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Plan, organise, and control project delivery using agile methods and manage risks effectively.
- Drive business change activities ensuring new processes and systems are adopted successfully.
- Establish governance frameworks to enable transparency and effective risk management.
- Manage requirements, liaison between business and technical teams developing digital enhancements.

**You have**
- Have excelled in delivering projects within dynamic business environments.
- Possess a clear track record of transformation and change project leadership.
- Effectively manage stakeholders across a broad range.
- Understand financial controls and governance processes.
- Are qualified in project management and have proven IT change delivery experience. And demonstrate expertise in using MS Office suite and Power Apps solutions.
