Spectrum Yarns Ltd is a family-owned têxtile manufacturing company based in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. We manufacture yarn and garments in our factory which supply our two brands; Glenbrae and Stylecraft.

We are now looking to recruit an order picker for our Stylecraft team. The Stylecraft brand was launched over 30 years ago in 1989.Since then, the brand has grown consistently in size and popularity. We are a dedicated team bringing the highest quality yarns and patterns with the best possible value to market. Supplying more than 1,000 shops in the UK as well as exporting to many countries around the world.

**Responsibilities**:
As an order picker, your duties will include:

- Picking yarns and patterns to fulfil customers’ orders
- Packing orders ready for delivery
- Working internal and external computer systems
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well organised.
- General Housekeeping and warehouse duties
- Collaborating with team members and supervisor to meet daily goals
- Communicating effectively as part of a team
- Following all health and safety rules and regulations

**Hours of work**:

- Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm
- Friday 8am - 12pm

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Huddersfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
