Marketing Assistant

Stewart Golf's mission is to change the way the world plays golf.

We're looking for a talented marketing assistant to join the team at Stewart Golf, where our focus is firmly on direct-to-consumer marketing. It's a great opportunity to build a career within sports marketing.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Social Media_
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Maintain and update the social media weekly content calendar.
- Monitor engagement across Stewart Golf’s social channels, responding to messages and comments, as required.
- Content Creation & Copywriting_
- Providing support to the wider marketing team on various content shoots, as required.
- Campaign Execution_
- Proactively suggest, implement, and take ownership of new ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Website Management_
- Updating website content (e.g. pricing and imagery during promotional campaigns).
- Use the ‘Daily Website Checklist’ to ensure website functionality.

Administrative Tasks
- Support the maintaining of marketing databases, scheduling appointments, and coordinating logistics.

**What we'll be looking for**:

- You must be based in or around the Gloucestershire area, or be willing to relocate
- A willingness to travel for occasional product shoots and events as required
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong communicator, capable of developing engaging content
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Creative flair and copywriting skills
- Ability to work using own initiative and independently
- Results-driven and real attention to detail
- Knowledge of all the Microsoft suite of programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience using platforms such as Hootsuite, Klaviyo, and Photoshop will all be beneficial to the role, but are not requirements.

You don't have to be anywhere near being a professional golfer but an interest in golf and golfers will really help.

We have new products in development, new markets to unlock, and new ideas to increase sales even further in markets we're already in.

You'll be primarily based at our purpose-built manufacturing facility and offices at Waterwells, Gloucester, with excellent access from the A38, M5 and Gloucester itself, plus free parking, but we lso have a customer care centre and distribution centre in Houston, TX.

Our working week is 37.5 hours (Mon-Thu 8am-4.30pm, Fri 8am-2pm) with 25 days annual holiday (plus statutory days).
