Marketing Executive

You could make a difference as our CRM Marketing Executive** We've refreshed how we are doing marketing and now with our strong focus on further developing our B2B markets, we need a CRM Marketing Exec to join our team. This role would suit someone that's got some previous experience in capture data and data entry and is looking to develop further into B2B marketing with a role where they can easily see the impact of their work. **What does the role involve?** Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for sourcing contact data and building audience profiles to help deliver marketing campaigns to targeted customer groups using HubSpot, LinkedIn and other platforms, generating increases in customer engagement and lead generation for sales teams. **What we need from you**: With a keen eye for detail and enjoyment of working with data and data reporting, you'll have full responsibility for sourcing contact information for specific customer audiences, and cleansing of new/existing data, in order to deliver successful B2B CRM campaigns. Some previous marketing experience would be ideal, to help understand marketing "lingo" as you'll be working with all areas of marketing to analyse CRM activity and identify opportunities to aid campaign planning and performance. **A bit about our marketing team**: We like to think we’ve got a pretty cool team of people, not only in our marketing teams but across the business. We currently have a marketing team of 5 who are specialists in what they do, from communications, customer marketing, SEO to website. The team work a couple of days each week in the office together and then choose what works best for them for the rest of the week, between the office and home. You’ll often find them chatting about anything and everything throughout the day They are a committed group of people, even spending a team day community volunteering in heavy rain (now that’s dedication).
