The Compliance Monitoring Function is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals responsible for developing and implementing the Compliance Monitoring strategy to achieve an integrated approach to compliance monitoring across the entire easyJet entity, including Group Operations Services (GOS) and easyJet Certificated Organisations in the UK, Austria and Switzerland. The Compliance Surveyor reports to the Compliance Performance Lead and is primarily responsible for the delivery of audits, inspections and assessments within our Compliance Monitoring programme to ensure we meet all applicable regulatory & business requirements (i.e. ICAO, EASA, IATA and Competent Authorities). The role has wider responsibilities across all Compliance Monitoring activities to ensure we continuously improve our Compliance Monitoring System and wider Integrated Management System. **Requirements of the Role** **What you need to do this role**: As a Compliance Monitoring Surveyor,** **you will have experience and excellent knowledge of EASA and/or UK Aviation regulations. You will also have experience in one or more of the following areas: Engineering Continuous Airworthiness (CAMO), Flight Operations, Ground Operations or Crew Training and a background in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Control, Assurance or with carrying out audits or inspections in an aviation environment. It is desirable for you to hold an Internal or Lead Auditor qualification. You must have a clear understanding of Compliance Monitoring, Safety Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems.
