Service Charge Assistant Accountant
- North Birmingham
- £24000-28000 plus study support and bonus
A highly regarded, profitable and ever-expanding business based in North Birmingham is currently recruiting for a passionate and progressive Service Charge Assistant Accountant to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantasticopportunity to work within a fast-paced and progressive business, with the potential for the position to turn into a permanent post. The main function of this role will be to work within a fast-paced environment and responsible for the lease accounting function.
Ideally you will;
- Have strong experience of accounting (ideally service charge/lease accounting), including accruals, journals, prepayments and balancesheet reconciliation
- Have prior experience of high-volume reconciliations
- Have previously carried out a variety of reports including profit/ loss, income and expenditure and sales
- Have good Excel and data analysis skills
- Pivot Tables and V Look Ups are a must.
