**THE COMPANY**:
Our client is a global financial technology company that is rapidly expanding its Data teams. You will join an internationally recognised financial services company that is looking for a BI Data Lead to improve their current BI and Data practices.

**THE ROLE**:
As a BI Data Lead to devise a BI strategy alongside a highly-skilled team of 5. You will initially be responsible for two reports and delivering BI/ data analytics solutions to the wider business.

You will:

- Support the Learning & Development of 2 reports
- Work closely with other BI Data Leads to devise a BI strategy
- Deliver BI solutions based on commercial requirements
- Design and develop data models reflective of commercial incentives
- Support the delivery of meaningful insight to senior stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To qualify for the role, you will require:

- Strong SQL
- Python
- Tableau
- AWS (or any cloud platform)
- Demonstrated management experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Experience designing a BI strategy
- Strong dashboard experience
- Great communication skills

**Salary and benefits**
