**Patient Care Coordinator - Chancery Dental Duston**

We’re looking for a caring and proactive Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly, forward-thinking team at Chancery Dental Duston.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in making every step of their journey with us smooth, reassuring, and positive. From that very first phone call, you’ll help our patients feel at ease, knowing they can trust us to listen, understand, and guide them towards the care that best meets their needs.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Welcoming and supporting patients throughout their visit
- Handling phone calls in a friendly, helpful, and professional way
- Managing patient records accurately and confidentially
- Keeping our reception area welcoming and organised
- Communicating clearly with patients about appointments, treatments, and options
- Helping patients feel reassured and positive about their dental care
- Working closely with the Practice Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and taking ownership of your tasks
- Supporting management by following practice policies, sharing feedback from patients, and contributing to continuous practice growth

Pay: Up to £25,688.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
