**LEGAL COUNSEL ROLES** **MULTIMEDIA & PUBLISHING PLC** **Experience** 2 YEARS’ PQE UPWARDS **FULL TIME OR 4 DAYS/WEEK** **Location**: LONDON& 3 DAYS WFH **Our clients**: Our clients are a listed publishing and multimedia group operating across web, mobile and print, working with a broad range of businesses, brands and organisations. Usig advanced technologytheire products are intuitive and responsive and serve constantly adapting customer needs. We are looking for two talented commercial lawyers to join the team, reporting to the General Counsel. **The Roles**: Theroles are broad and varied: c. 70% will focus on commercial contracts, eg. drafting and negotiating supply, digital content, consultancy, licensing agreements etc. The remainder will focus on business as usual matters, eg. stakeholder queries on IP, DP, HRdisputes or corporate matters. Specific areas of legal specialism are less important than acumen, a commercial approach and a desire to get involved in a wide range of work Level and experience-wise we are looking for 1-2 years’ PQE for onerole and upwards of 3-4 years’ PQE for the second role. One of the two roles can be available on a part-time (4 day week) basis. The work/life balance is excellent and you will rarely need to work beyond the core hours of 9-5:30- however youwill enjoy being busy during that time The offices are fantastic, and you can enjoy free breakfast, free coffee and drinks and free yoga/barre classes in this gorgeous, dog-friendly building.
