**What you will be doing...**
- As
- **Stores Supervisor **you will be responsible for the day to day running of the
- **Manchester**, delivering a secure, efficient, and reliable service to colleagues and external customers. Duties will include the day-to-day supervision of a team of Storekeepers and Team Leaders allocating workloads as required and ensuring targets are achieved. Assisting and deputising for the Senior Stores Supervisor as required.
- The role of
- **Stores Supervisor** will work Monday - Friday on day shift.**What will you do in the role?**
- Ensure that we provide our customers, both internal and external, with exceptional service.
- Liaise with Engineering Management, keeping them informed of relevant developments within the inventory management function, bringing particular attention to problem areas.
- Instruct others on the correct method of storing, packing, handling, and locating parts, and to ensure that this is carried out correctly.
- Supervise the Stores function, ensuring that it operates to high standards at all times regarding aviation safety.
- Will ideally have proven experience managing a team, or have held a similar position of responsibility, in a busy and demanding environment and have excellent organisation skills.
- Knowledge of Stores and an adaptable approach to problem solving would be a distinct advantage.
