**What you will be doing...**

**Tools Store Supervisor, **based at the Hangar, Manchester Airport.
- Reporting to the
- **Senior Tools Stores Supervisor**, our
- **Tool Stores Supervisor** will
- _Take Responsibility_ for the direction of the
- **Tools Stores Team, **ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard at all times and that requirements are actioned appropriate to the level of priority. Our Tool Stores Supervisor will ensure that all Tools Stores colleagues work to published Engineering Procedures and uphold one of our core values by
- _Working as One Team_.**What will you do in the role?**
Our
- **Tool Stores Supervisor** is responsible for managing the
- **Tool Stores Team,** including controlling the day to day requirements of tool control and ensuring any operational requirements are prioritised effectively. You will also:

- Carry out routine inspections of aircraft tooling, conducting minor maintenance, and ensuring any faulty tooling is efficiently and cost effectively dispatched for repair or calibration
- Be responsible for reviewing any repeat tooling loans and making recommendations with a view to purchase if deemed more cost effective.

**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
Our
- **Tools Store Supervisor** will ideally have
- ** proven experience managing a team**, or have held a similar position of responsibility in a busy and demanding environment. You will also:

- Have excellent organisation skills
- ** Knowledge of aircraft tooling**:

- ** An adaptable approach to problem solving**:

- Be flexible and willing to support the needs of the operation.
