We are looking for an enthusiastic part time Graphic & Web Designer to creatively develop, recommend, and support the company in moving forward in these areas.

We are an exciting new paddle board and water sports brand, steadily growing our online presence (and launching new brands)

Having the aptitude to work independently and with the directors is a must. Being able to think on your feet is vital.

**Job details**
- Help develop (alongside outside agency) and maintain the company website WordPress, including monthly plugin maintenance, content updates and performance monitoring.
- Creating, scheduling, and posting effective material, including short videos, for promotional use on social media.
- Working alongside an outside agency, help deliver marketing campaigns effectively and on time.
- Using Photoshop, review, edit, format, manipulate and prepare images for digital upload, print use and online stores.
- Execute design and ensure a modern, clean look
- Assist in the development of the existing brand identity guidelines
- Opportunity to assist with 2 other start up brands

**Key Skills**:

- Is a self-starter who drives for results and has a proven record of delivering promised results
- Has experience working on WordPress websites
- Is passionate about creating an engaging customer experience through consistent, innovative branded designs
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and is open to feedback
- Has a strong interest in digital marketing & graphic design
- Proficiency in standard Adobe CC design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Premiere Pro and Aftereffects desirable)
- Ability to produce innovative, clean and artful design solutions.

The role would be for 14 hours per week, ideally 2 x 7 hours with at least one of those days in the office.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Graphic / web design: 2 years (preferred)
