**Job Purpose**:
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment. You’ll be responsible for cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and assisting with basic food preparation to help the kitchen operate efficiently and to high hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and waste areas
- Assist chefs with basic food prep when required
- Receive and store deliveries safely and in line with food safety standards
- Handle and dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Work effectively with chefs and the wider F&B team

**About You**:

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- A team player with a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential—training is provided
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene is desirable
