**The **Role**:
Professional Services, Data Management and Reporting Practice Lead

**The Team**:
Professional Services team for Software Solutions is a global team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultants with wide range of skills and capabilities.

We manage, execute, deliver, or support both the initial and add-on implementations of ThinkFolio, iLEVEL, EDM, WSO, EDM Warehouse and SNL Banker. We use our extensive project experience to help establish our customers what their target operating model is and define suitable solution workflows to support it. This allows us to add value at every step of the organizational transformation. We look at the business processes the solution supports; considering areas of focus related to system performance or new business requirements; and doing health checks of the system configuration.

Every year, this this allows us to deliver hundreds of successful client engagements spanning multiple segments and industry verticals.

**The Impact**:
Data Management and Reporting Practice Lead will be responsible for the delivery of all customer projects and other Professional Services engagements in newly formed Data Management and Reporting practice.

As a leader in Professional Services team, you will also help define and shape the PS strategy and will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and to move seamlessly between multiple implementations and changing client requirements

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive revenue growth, meet and exceed Professional Services revenue objectives for the Practice
- Responsible and accountable for the full lifecycle of Professional services for the Practice in Americas and EMEA region
- Responsible for successful project delivery for the Practice in Americas and EMEA region, making sure projects and other engagements are on track (time, scope, budget), and deliver value to customers
- Partner with the other business segment leaders across Software to ensure optimal implementation and project outcomes for our client base with a focus on continuous improvement
- Leading, managing, developing, mentoring, and motivating team members, as well as manager the talent sourcing strategy for the Practice
- Collaborate globally to continuously improve implementation practices and procedures such as estimating, scoping, quality assurance reviews, methodologies, and reengineering to deliver cost effective and efficient deployments
- Be the escalation point in facilitating issues and resolution, and represent Professional services at Steering Committee meetings

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A vibrant, energetic, and proactive leader with 8+ years’ experience in managing global distributed professional services teams; strong experience in project management, analysis, system flows and business architecture to lead and provide oversight of client implementations
- Understanding of team collaboration, mission, vision, and goals as a facilitator for progressive team environments
- Experienced leader, able to flex leadership style to suit the customer or project situation required
- Strong communication skills required to present to various levels of an organisation from C-level to developer, discussing strategic objectives and delivering solutions across a wide array of requirements
- An ability to make decisions effectively and have the tougher conversations sometimes required to keep a project on track, address escalations and mitigate risks
- Understanding of the EDM, EDM Warehouse and SNL Banker product functionality and delivery of projects related to these products
- Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability
