Summary This role as Facilities Co-ordinator is part of a growing team, which provides an internal service and cares for our glorious mansion, Victorian stable block, numerous stunning heritage assets as well as state of the art renewables and newly invested undergroundservices.

You'll play a vital part in keeping the property safe to work and visit providing a cross-property service in fire, security and compliance in this busy attractive tourist location.

What you'll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll report to the Facilities Manager and be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful and safe operation of the property.

You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times across operational risk, fire, compliance, COSHH and security. You’ll be assisting with all compliance matters for the estate as well as theprovision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs and presentation of public areas including car parks and grounds. This role will suit someone passionate about safety, with a strong attention to detail and task focus. Practical skillswill also be welcomed, but are secondary to comprehension of health and safety in the workplace.

Who we're looking for We'd love to hear from you if you have;- Strong operational risk management experience including fire, workplace inspections, security and risk assessments
- Flexible, customer focussed approach with understanding of good internal and external customer service standards
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage contractors and use tools, equipment as required for the role
- Willingness to work alongside volunteers and is able to support volunteers to perform at their best
- Ability to multi-task and work in collaboration with other departments
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
