Robert Half Cambridge are partnered with a tech company in their search for a Purchase Ledger to join their Finance Department in Waterbeach, Cambridge.

This is an office based role and a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience.

**The Role**:

- Purchase Ledger maintenance in all entities in an accurate and timely manner
- Process invoices, matching any unprocessed PO-Invoices to receipts lines.
- Monitor the Open Invoice Pool and liaise with other colleagues in ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner and liaise with suppliers to ensure accounts are kept up to date
- Closure of the Purchase Ledger
- Prepare all AP related Balance Sheet Reconciliations including banks, Purchase Ledger, VAT

**Experience**:

- _Previous experience in Accounts Payable role with good people skills are required to established and maintain excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders_
- _Balance Sheet Reconciliation or Supplier Statements Reconciliation experience_
- _Willingness to provide cover for others during absence_
- _Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines_
