German Speaking Customer Support Advisor

We are looking for a fluent **German** speaker who can provide telephone and customer support for domestic users in Germany for a successful supplier of safety equipment. Working in a hybrid role as part of a multinational team for a UK companythat prides itself on continually striving to improve and fostering a dynamic environment that welcomes employees who challenge the status quo to bring about improvements.
The company has offices in Coventry and Gloucester. After the initial training period, there is the potential for this to be a hybrid role with 2 days a week in one of the offices and working from home for the remainder of the week.
You will:
- Provide first line support and advice to customers on how to use the products
- fix client problems and arrange replacement parts
- Record all customer correspondence into the company system
- Work effectively with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and achieve KPIs
- Keep up to date with new product information and regulations
You are:
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- PC literate, with experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional and customer focussed
- Organised, with attention to detail
- Experience working in a customer facing environment would be helpful
The Salary and benefits
Up to £25,000 per annum with 25 days’ holiday.
The working hours are 08.00-16.30 with an hour’s lunch, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
There is also a package of benefits including: company pension, life insurance, private medical healthcare, travel insurance, holiday buy/sell scheme, free parking, bike to work scheme.
