**The Role**
We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused **Insurance Executive** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with insurance experience who is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance advice.
- Handle new business enquiries, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and cover for clients.
- Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate and compliant.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business growth.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in insurance broking or a similar role (commercial or personal lines).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cert CII qualification (desirable) or willingness to work towards it.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
