Office Administrator must Have Previous Office

Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous office based administration experience, within the last three years (Essential).
- Plumbing knowledge is desirable but not essential, full training will be given.
- Must be a driven individual who is able to work well as part of a team and on their own.
- Able to work well in a demanding and busy environment.
- Must be organised, have a great memory and be able to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to submit hand written documents in a clear and tidy manner.
- Must be able to use a computer confidently, this includes but not limited to; Word, Excel and Outlook.
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls
- Booking appointments in the diary for our engineers.
- Process incoming and outgoing time sheets.
- Creating Estimates/Pricing of jobs.
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers and customers to arrange materials and appointments.
- Filing, scanning and photocopying documents.
- Carrying out customer satisfaction follow up calls.
- Other general administration duties.
- Keeping track of services of the engineers vehicles etc
**Working Hours**
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday - 8am - 4.30pm

The position is a full time position and is office based, we are unable to accommodate a part time position.
The initial interview process will be around 30 minutes long. All interviews will be carried out during the week between office hours, please bare this in mind when applying.
